Ingredients
  • 140 grams almond flour
  • 40 grams sunflower seeds
  • 50 grams sesame seeds
  • 20 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 20 grams flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 10 grams baking powder (2 1/2 tsp)
  • 4 eggs
  • 10 grams mixed dried herbs your choice (1 tbsp)

  • 50 grams sesame seeds
  • 20 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 20 grams flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 10 grams baking powder (2 1/2 tsp)
  • 4 eggs
  • 10 grams mixed dried herbs your choice (1 tbsp)

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C (360F ).
  2. In a large bowl mix almond flour, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and baking powder.
  3. Add in the melted coconut oil, eggs, salt and oregano and mix well until a batter has formed.
  4. Line a bread tin with baking paper and transfer the batter into it.
  5. Bake the bread for about 40 minutes in the oven. Before removing the bread from the oven insert a wooden skewer inside the bread to check if it is ready. If the skewer comes out clean, then it is cooked, if not then bake for another 5-10 minutes.
  6. Remove the bread from the tin and allow to cool completely before slicing.
