Ingredients
  • 2 mangos peeled, seed removed and roughly diced
  • 2 passionfruit
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 80 grams chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 2 mangos peeled, seed removed and roughly diced

  • 1 cup coconut cream

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
  1. Cut the passionfruit in half and spoon out the pulp in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredient and blend with a stick blender.
  2. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight, until it forms a pudding like texture.
  3. Divide into individual glasses and garnish with some extra mango, passionfruit and coconut flakes if desired.
