Ingredients
  • 4 pear halved
  • 1 lemon zest of
  • 1 gram ground cardamom (1/2 tsp)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 250 grams plain Greek yoghurt
  • 30 grams pecans
  • 4 biscoff biscuits

Instructions
  1. If you are using the BBQ, heat it up. If not, then heat a a non-stick grill pan to medium hot.
  2. Halve the pears and remove the core with a spoon.
  3. Grill or BBQ the pears for 5 minutes
  4. While the pears are grilling, mix the lemon zest, cardamom, and honey with the yogurt. Chop the pecan nuts coarsely. Break the biscuits into pieces.
  5. Spread the grilled half pears over the plates, spoon a spoonful of yogurt, sprinkle with the pecan nuts and decorate with a few pieces of biscuit.
