Ingredients
  • 2 gluten free wraps
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 80 grams canned tuna in springwater, drained
  • 40 grams capers
  • 100 grams rocket leaves
  • 2 slices prosciutto
  • 10 pitted black olives roughly diced
  • 60 grams Parmesan cheese

  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 80 grams canned tuna in springwater, drained
  • 40 grams capers
  • 100 grams rocket leaves
  • 2 slices prosciutto

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F(200C).
  2. Spread the tomato paste over the wraps and place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
  3. Pizza 1: Spread half the cheese, the tuna, and capers over the tomato paste. Once cooked garnish with rocket.
  4. Pizza 2: Spread the remaining cheese and the olives over the tomato paste. Once cooked layer with Parma ham.
  5. Bake the pizzas in the oven for about 7-10 mins until the cheese has melted.
  6. Finish garnishing with the rocket leaves before serving.
