Ingredients
  • 360 grams chickpeas
  • 30 grams cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 4 grams cinnamon ½ tsp
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp water
  • salt
  • pepper

  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Put all the ingredients in a food processor or a high-speed blender and blend into a smooth paste. Add more water if necessary to achieve the desired consistency.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Garnish with some fresh mint and chia seeds, if you already have them in your pantry and garden.
  4. Serve as a dip with fruit.
