This statement of Patients’ Responsibilities was designed to demonstrate that we at Exercise Therapy Australia we believe that mutual trust, respect, and cooperation are basic to the delivery of quality health care.
When you become a part of any of Exercise Therapy Australia’s programs, it is your responsibility to:
Provide accurate and complete information about your past illnesses, hospitalisations, medications, and other matters related to your health.
Tell your Exercise Physiologist, Sports Therapist, Physiotherapist or Personal Trainer if you do not understand any aspects of your training program
Inform your Personal Trainer if there is a change in your condition or if problems arise during your exercise program or re schedule an appointment with your Exercise Physiologist, Sports Therapist, Physiotherapist or Personal Trainer if there are any changes in your circumstances
Make every effort possible to complete prescribed exercise programs and if appropriate attend all personal trainer sessions.
Be courteous and considerate of other patients and staff and members of Exercise Therapy Australia.
